David got the idea for Supply Ellie while running his own Thai Chinese restaurant. He and his team found that communicating and tracking the daily orders for varying suppliers got messy and more complicated than necessary.
Over the next few months, David and his restaurant team personally put the prototype app through rigorous testing, submitting real orders to real suppliers. The countless feedback from the team and suppliers led to the Supply Ellie app today.
He has since sold his restaurant to completely focus on Supply Ellie, but maintains conversations with all his clients to ensure that the app remains completely true to its original objective of improving efficiencies for any restaurant.
